Madhu Century Auto & Body Shop Inc

After my accident, there were plenty of shops around that give free estimates. I still went to Madhu Century Body Shop to get an estimate, simply because he is a fellow Bengali bhai and I trusted him, but I never expected it to turn into this much trouble. From the beginning, I made it clear that I only wanted an estimate. I did not authorize repairs, appoint the shop as my representative, or authorize anyone there to negotiate or make agreements with my insurance company on my behalf. after the estimate, though, I began to feel pressured to have the repairs done at his shop. When I asked him directly, part by part, exactly what work would be done to my vehicle, I couldn't get a clear answer and felt like I was being given the runaround. What concerned me even more was what happened afterward. Communications between the shop and my insurance company gave the insurance company a picture of the situation that, in my view, did not accurately reflect my position or what I had authorized. I made sure to keep a record of everything, in every form I could, throughout this whole process. I also later heard frustrating experiences from several people I personally know who had dealt with

Madhu dada is a great person, very knowledgeable at his job. He will work with you according to your needs. He did a great job for me with this body damage(picture attached) at a reasonable price point. Paint job was spot on and the car overall looks seamless. Highly recommended for auto body and mechanical work.

I had an excellent experience with Madhu Century Auto and Body Shop. My 2014 Honda CR-V was hit by a bus and had significant damage to the front bumper, upper and lower control arms, and the A-pillar needed to be reset. I was honestly worried the car would never drive the same again. The team did an amazing job. The repairs were done professionally and thoroughly, and my CR-V looks and drives like nothing ever happened. The alignment feels perfect, the body work is clean, and the paint match on the bumper is spot on. You can tell they really care about doing the job right, not just doing it fast. They kept me informed throughout the process and explained everything clearly. Honest, skilled, and reliable — I highly recommend Madhu Century Auto and Body Shop to anyone needing quality collision repair. Thank you again for bringing my car back to life!
